Data, purposes and legal bases
Browsing and security. The server and security tools may process IP addresses, dates and times, requested URLs, browser details and technical logs to operate the website, detect abuse and protect the service. The legal basis is the controller’s legitimate interest in security and reliable operation (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Enquiries and quotations. If you contact the studio by email or telephone, your contact details and the information you provide are processed to respond and assess your project. The basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request (Article 6(1)(b)); applicable administrative obligations rely on Article 6(1)(c). Please do not send sensitive information unnecessary for your enquiry.
Optional statistics. Google Analytics, managed through Site Kit, may collect visit and page-interaction information, browser identifiers and technical details. It is activated only after consent to Statistics (Article 6(1)(a)). Refusal does not prevent you from using the website. This website currently has no newsletter, advertising profiling or remarketing campaigns.
The project brief tool
Answers in “Shape your idea” are processed in your browser. They are not automatically sent to the studio or saved on the server. Only if you choose to save a draft, a copy remains in your browser for 30 days; you can delete it with the dedicated control. Downloading, copying, printing and preparing an email are actions you choose. If you send the brief to the studio, its data are processed to handle your project enquiry.
Recipients and services
Data may be accessed by the controller and providers assisting with website operation and communications, as necessary and under the arrangements required by applicable law. Aruba provides hosting; the website uses WordPress and security tools. Google Ireland Limited provides Analytics. Project videos are hosted on this website and fonts are served locally. Links to Instagram, Maps and other websites open external services governed by their own notices.

Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Consented use of Analytics may involve processing by Google outside the EEA. Safeguards under Articles 44 onwards GDPR apply, such as adequacy decisions where applicable and standard contractual clauses. You may ask the controller for information about safeguards applicable to your data. Cookie consent does not replace these safeguards.
Retention
Contact information is retained as necessary to handle your enquiry and any professional relationship. Subsequently, data are retained only where needed for legal obligations or the protection of rights, for applicable periods. Technical logs are retained as necessary to operate and secure the service, according to system configuration and hosting-provider obligations. Cookie choices are stored for at least six months (186 days); other identifier durations appear in the Cookie Policy. Locally saved briefs remain valid for 30 days.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability where provided by Articles 15–22 GDPR, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw statistics consent at any time through “Cookie preferences”; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing. To exercise your rights, email info@michelevenisti.it. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority or your competent supervisory authority.
